TiiKu is designed as a local-first app. Your comparison projects and related image assets are primarily stored on your device. We do not actively upload your project images to our cloud servers through the core app flow.

2. Information We Process

• Content You Create: Images and project metadata you choose to import, edit, and save in the App.
• Purchase Data: In-app purchase transaction status and product identifiers provided by Apple (StoreKit) to complete orders.
• Local App Data: Local settings and virtual currency balance required for feature operation.

3. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect from You

• We do not require account registration in the current version.
• We do not intentionally collect your name, phone number, or email through in-app profile forms.
• We do not intentionally upload your local project images to our backend as part of normal use.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide core features (project creation, comparison viewing, export, and restore/backup support).
• To process virtual currency purchases and complete transactions properly.
• To maintain app stability, prevent transaction issues, and support basic diagnostics.

5. Apple In-App Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple, not by us directly. Apple may process personal and payment data under Apple's policies. Please review Apple's privacy documentation for details about how Apple handles payment information.

6. Permissions

• Photo Library Access: Used when you import images or export results to your photo album.
• File Access: Used when you export or restore backup files via system file picker.

7. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your local project images with third parties by default.
• When you use system share/export features, sharing is initiated and controlled by you.

8. Data Retention

• Local project data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
• Purchase records may be retained by Apple according to Apple's retention rules.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures within the app design to reduce unauthorized access risks. However, no device or software environment can be guaranteed 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

TiiKu is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to provide valid consent. If you believe a child provided data in violation of law, contact us so we can review and assist.

11. Your Rights and Choices

• You can delete local projects and exported files at any time on your device.
• You can manage app permissions in iOS Settings.
• You can control purchases and subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
